Nichol Killian, DSocSci (Certified Trauma Support Specialist, Certified Resilience Professional), brings nearly two decades of experience teaching anthropology, sociology, and trauma-informed care at the collegiate level. She holds advanced degrees in Anthropology from Wayne State University, Biotechnology from Thomas Jefferson University, and a doctorate in Social Science: Prevention Science from Wilmington University. As a co-author of the Trauma-Informed Care in Higher Education White Paper for the State of Delaware and co-designer of a trauma-informed model for higher education, Dr. Killian has played a key role in shaping trauma-informed practices in academia.

In her current administrative leadership role at a New Jersey community college, Dr. Killian integrates the core principles of trauma-informed care—safety, trust, empowerment, and cultural awareness—into her daily work. She is also a passionate advocate for student success, focusing on building resilience, addressing inequities, and fostering inclusive communities that support healing and growth.

Dr. Alyssa Moore leads the Office of Digital Learning with the Delaware Department of Education. She is a career educator who has spent 26 years working with PreK-12 students, teachers, administrators, families, legislators, and members of the community.

She has held various roles including classroom teacher, technology coordinator, Instructional Technology Instructional Coach & Curriculum Specialist, and Assistant Principal. Dr. Moore attended the University of Delaware and Wilmington University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction specializing in Educational Technology, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation

Jesse McNulty is an Ed Specialist with the Office of Digital Learning for the Delaware Department of Education.  Jesse previously served as Instructional Technology Coach with the Appoquinimink School District in Middletown, Delaware for six years, and served as a mathematics educator and mathematics instructional coach of the Colonial School District in Delaware for over ten years. Jesse earned his bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and his master's degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University.
